How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Since our products are made on demand, please allow a little extra time for production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on US orders but are working on expanding internationally. Stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues, so please check our size guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at return@reelnauti.co with a photo of the item and your order number and we'll make it right immediately.

How do your products fit?
Our apparel runs true to size. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — we recommend checking it before placing your order.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Most items can be canceled within 12 hours from time of order. Custom orders are started the following morning EST time so please to make changes by then. After that, production begins and we're unable to make changes. Please email us at orders@reelnauti.co as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package all the way to your door.

We work with multiple different suppliers along with print-on-demand suppliers who produce items only when ordered — meaning zero excess inventory and less waste. We're committed to growing our sustainable practices as the brand grows.
